Typing for Google Calendar is a Chrome extension that provides a keyboard-driven interface for Google Calendar. It allows users to quickly create, reschedule, scale, and delete calendar events using natural language text commands (e.g., "lunch today 12:00 for 1 hour") without needing to use a mouse.
To provide this core functionality, the application requests access to the Google Calendar API. We require this access strictly to read your existing calendar events (so you can view and modify them) and to write new events to your calendar based on the text commands you issue. Your calendar data is only modified when you explicitly type a command to do so, and your data is never transmitted to or stored on any external servers.

The Extension uses Google's official Chrome Identity API to securely generate and store your OAuth2 access token. Your token is kept securely within your browser's local environment and is never exposed to third-party services.
